This 40x40 double-decker island layout is built for high-traffic events like NRF in New York, offering distinct zones for brand storytelling and hospitality. The lower level includes a dedicated content studio, a large product display wall, and an open hospitality area to engage attendees. Upstairs, a plush VIP lounge provides a quiet, enclosed space for private meetings and focused sales conversations away from the busy show floor. As a turnkey rental solution, we handle the entire process from structural fabrication to custom graphic printing. Our team manages shipping directly to the venue, along with complete installation and dismantling services. The exhibit is fully adaptable to your brand identity with custom-printed tension fabric graphics, and we can supply all necessary lounge furniture, counters, and AV monitors to complete the space.
