How work is fulfilled
The project proposal identifies who owns each deliverable, which work is managed directly by the CES Exhibits team, which specialized work is fulfilled by qualified or licensed subcontractors where required, and which services remain controlled by the organizer, venue, general-services contractor, carrier, utility provider, or labor jurisdiction.
Project brief, design direction, scope coordination, schedule, approvals, production oversight, quality checkpoints, vendor communication, installation readiness, opening punch list, and closeout path.
Project-specific fabrication, printing, freight, material handling, installation and dismantle labor, AV, interactive technology, utilities, rigging, cleaning, or other regulated work may be assigned to qualified or licensed subcontractors and show-appointed providers.
