Booth preparation
Confirm drawings, graphics, electrical locations, monitor mounts, packing labels, and opening-day spares before freight enters the show cycle.
CES 2027 · January 6–9, 2027
Prepare the exhibit, freight, service orders, labor, installation, opening, dismantle, and return plan around the assigned CES venue and official schedule.
Six operational topics
Each topic below becomes a documented checkpoint connected to the approved exhibit scope, official show information, and the assigned location.

01
Confirm drawings, graphics, electrical locations, monitor mounts, packing labels, and opening-day spares before freight enters the show cycle.

02
Sequence shipments around advance-warehouse deadlines, direct-to-show windows, material handling, and avoidable re-handling.

03
Align carrier arrival, labor calls, floor access, utility readiness, and installation dependencies to protect the opening schedule.

04
Plan supervised late-shift work where schedules require it, with clear scope, safety checks, progress reporting, and morning handoff.

05
Manage service-order, hall-access, and communication differences across LVCC, Venetian Expo, and other assigned locations.

06
Account for traffic, marshalling, carrier wait time, labor windows, storage, and rapid-response needs during a citywide event.
Assigned-campus planning

CES Exhibits is an independent exhibit-services provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CES or the Consumer Technology Association (CTA).
Supplied facility address
Confirm project-specific staging, warehousing, appointment, pickup, delivery, and visitor arrangements before relying on this address for operational use.

Local execution questions
Use the current official CES and venue materials for controlling schedules, assignments, rules, and order requirements.
Confirm the assigned campus, hall, booth number, target move-in date, permitted access window, responsible contractor, and current exhibitor materials before locking freight, labor, utilities, rigging, cleaning, internet, or installation assumptions.
The right route depends on the current official schedule, shipment characteristics, assigned venue, carrier plan, handling rules, and installation sequence. Compare the approved options against the project schedule rather than assuming one route applies to every CES shipment.
The approved all-inclusive definition covers exhibit rental, graphics, installation and dismantle labor, coordination, warehousing, drayage or material handling, and freight to and from the show. Electrical, internet, rigging, cleaning, and other venue-controlled items must be confirmed in the project-specific quote and official order materials.
Use the actual assigned campus and its current rules. Freight routing, access, labor, service desks, hall timing, credentials, utilities, and dismantle procedures can differ, so the operational plan should name the controlling source and responsible party for each dependency.
Complete the approved installation scope, graphics and media checks, lighting and power tests, product and demonstration resets, accessible-route review, storage organization, staff handoff, contact list, and opening punch list before the published access window closes.
