Six operational topics

Protect the opening schedule before freight reaches the show floor

Each topic below becomes a documented checkpoint connected to the approved exhibit scope, official show information, and the assigned location. Las Vegas hosts CES, NAB Show, SEMA, Money20/20 and hundreds of other shows across more than a dozen major halls, and every one of those halls has different ceiling heights, rigging capability and freight access. We install in all of them.

Local execution questions

Las Vegas exhibit planning FAQs

Use the current official organizer and venue materials for controlling schedules, assignments, rules, and order requirements.

How much does a trade show booth rental cost in Las Vegas?

Published turnkey packages start at $8,000 for a 10x10 and $21,000 for a 20x20, including the exhibit, graphics, installation and dismantle. Anything custom is quoted against the actual footprint, venue, graphics, technology, freight and labor requirements.

What is included in a turnkey booth rental?

Exhibit rental, custom graphics, flooring, lighting, furniture, installation and dismantle labor, project coordination, warehousing, drayage or material handling, and freight to and from the show. Electrical, internet, rigging and cleaning are ordered through the venue or the official contractor and are quoted separately.

How far in advance should I book a Las Vegas booth rental?

Twelve weeks is comfortable. Six weeks is workable. Inside three weeks the exhibit itself is usually still available — graphics production and freight are the constraints that run out of room first.

Is renting a booth cheaper than buying one?

For one to three shows a year, renting is almost always cheaper, because you avoid the capital cost, the storage cost between shows, the refurbishment cost and the risk of owning a design that dates. Buying starts to make sense above roughly four to six shows a year with a stable booth size.

What is the difference between a 10x10 and a 20x20 booth?

A 10x10 is 100 square feet, open on one side, with an eight-foot height limit and room for one or two staff. A 20x20 island is 400 square feet, open on all four sides, allows a hanging sign and a taller structure, and supports four to eight staff with seated meeting space.

Do you handle shipping and drayage?

Yes. Freight to and from the show, advance-warehouse or direct-to-show routing, material handling and return logistics are all inside a turnkey scope.

Can a rental booth use our own custom graphics?

Yes, and it should. Every rental is finished with graphics produced to your artwork. The structure is rented; the brand is yours.

What is a double-deck exhibit and do I need one?

A two-story exhibit that puts meeting space above the selling floor. It is worth it when your footprint is full and you still need private conversations. It requires engineered drawings, venue approval and a longer install, so it is planned early rather than added late.

Which Las Vegas venue is easiest to exhibit at?

Caesars Forum. It is single-level with direct ground-floor drive-in access, so there are no freight elevators, no level changes and no lift queue. Venetian Expo is the most constrained because exhibit halls sit on more than one level.

Can you install overnight?

Yes, within the show's published access hours and the prevailing labor rules. Late-shift work is priced into the scope up front, because both the crew size and the rate change.

Do you store our exhibit between shows?

Yes. Warehousing, condition inspection, packing plans, repair decisions and pull-and-prep are available for repeating programs and are documented in the project quote.

Are you affiliated with the show organizer?

No. Convention Exhibit Solutions is an independent Las Vegas trade show booth rental company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any show organizer, venue or official contractor. We support exhibitors as an independent rental provider.
