Las Vegas Venue Support
Convention Exhibit Solutions provides turnkey exhibit rentals for events at Caesars Forum.
Caesars Forum is the newest major conference venue in Las Vegas and it is built on a fundamentally different premise from the older halls. It is a ground-level, column-light facility containing two of the largest pillarless ballrooms in the world, which means unusually flexible floor plans and clean, uninterrupted sightlines across the space.
The practical advantage is loading. Freight comes in at grade, directly, without elevators or long internal hauls. That shortens install meaningfully and reduces exposure on material handling relative to multi-level venues. If you have exhibited somewhere with elevator-dependent freight, the difference here is immediate.
Ceiling heights are generous for a conference venue and rigging is supported with organizer approval. Because the ballrooms are pillarless, there are no structural columns to design around — a constraint that shapes booth placement in older halls and simply does not exist here.
Caesars Forum skews toward conferences with an exhibition component rather than pure trade shows. That changes what performs. Attendees here are moving between sessions rather than walking a floor systematically, so booths that support short, high-quality seated conversations tend to outperform large display-led builds.
| Planning area | What to confirm | Useful exhibit starting point |
|---|---|---|
| Footprint and circulation | Confirm the assigned room, booth footprint, access path, and attendee flow before layout or furniture selection. | 20 x 20 exhibit rentals |
| Height and overhead elements | Confirm the room-specific ceiling conditions, organizer rules, and official-contractor requirements before any hanging or tall structure is engineered. | Double-deck exhibit rentals |
| Freight and installation | Align target access time, crate plan, floor protection, labor, and graphics readiness before show-week installation. | Turnkey exhibit services |
Its ground-level drive-in access avoids freight elevators and level changes, which simplifies the dock-to-booth sequence.
Yes. Weather, wind loading, power, ballast, access, and timing are scoped into the structure from the start.
