Scope
This policy applies to information collected through cesexhibits.com, including the quote request, contact paths, exhibit-browsing interactions, and ordinary website diagnostics. It does not control third-party websites linked from this site.
Information we collect
When you submit a project request, we may collect the show, footprint, location, prior exhibiting experience, requested services, design preferences, existing exhibit status, goals, success measures, name, company, role, email, phone, budget range, timeline, preferred contact method and time, consent record, and files you choose to attach.
We may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, referral information, and a one-way hash derived from request metadata for abuse prevention. The public lead endpoint does not intentionally store the raw network address in the lead record.
How we use information
- Review, respond to, and manage exhibit project requests.
- Prepare scopes, concepts, proposals, timelines, and service coordination.
- Prevent spam, duplicate submissions, malicious uploads, and other misuse.
- Maintain site reliability, security, accessibility, and performance.
- Comply with applicable obligations and protect legal rights.
Attachments and private storage
The quote form accepts up to five PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, or PDF files, each no larger than 25 MB. The server validates extensions, declared content types, and file signatures before placing accepted files in private encrypted object storage. Attachment references are associated with the submitted project request and are not presented as public website assets.
Sharing and service providers
We may share information with hosting, database, private file-storage, security, communications, CRM, analytics, exhibit-production, logistics, labor, or other providers when reasonably necessary to operate the site or respond to a project request. We do not state that inquiry information is sold. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, systems, or users.
Cookies and analytics
The website may use essential technologies for security, session continuity, form operation, and preferences. If analytics or advertising tools are enabled, they should be configured through the documented deployment settings and operated subject to applicable notice and choice requirements. Browser settings and available consent controls can be used to manage nonessential technologies.
Retention
Inquiry information and attachments are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to review the request, manage a potential or active project, maintain business records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Retention can vary based on the relationship, project status, record type, and legal requirements.
Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect submitted information, including server-side validation, same-origin enforcement, rate limiting, idempotency, private encrypted file storage, bounded file types and sizes, and restricted upstream credentials. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or information about the handling of your inquiry data. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where permitted or required. To make a request, call (404) 424-8313 or write to:
