“Starting at” and “all-inclusive” statements are presented with the defined website scope and remain subject to project review. The supplied all-inclusive definition includes exhibit rental, graphics, installation and dismantle labor, coordination, warehousing, drayage or material handling, and freight to and from the show. Final pricing can change with footprint, venue, timing, products, graphics, custom elements, technology, utilities, show services, regulations, labor conditions, freight, and other requirements.

Active exhibit rentals

Exhibit pages display validated active rental records returned through a protected upstream integration. Product names, descriptions, categories, sizes, media, video, SEO fields, and price fields originate from the returned record when present. Exhibit availability, completeness, price, and suitability can change and are verified for the specific project before commitment. The website may fail closed or show a recoverable unavailable state rather than substitute unverified product information.

Submitted information and files

You represent that you are authorized to submit the information and files you provide and that doing so does not violate another party’s rights. Do not submit malware, illegal content, protected personal information that is unnecessary for the request, or third-party confidential material you are not authorized to share. Project submissions are handled as described in the privacy policy.
